We are currently recruiting compassionate and experienced Senior Care Assistants to join our dedicated team and help deliver outstanding care during night shifts.
Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise care staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
- Provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship to residents.
- Administer and manage medication safely in line with regulatory standards.
- Contribute to care planning and complete risk assessments to support individual needs.
- Support the Home Manager with staff development, record-keeping, and day-to-day operations.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals to support holistic care.
- Previous experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing home.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A compassionate and professional approach to care.
