Your Role as Senior Care Practitioner
As a key member of our night team, you’ll help ensure residents receive compassionate, high-quality care. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with personal care, nutrition, and bedtime routines
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and dignified environment
- Leading and mentoring care staff, including supervisions and appraisals
- Managing documentation and liaising with healthcare professionals

*Overtime is paid for working over full-time hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8-hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our Reward Me app. Flexible pay is available via STREAM.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced in a senior or supervisory care role within a residential or nursing home
- Qualified to Level 3 in Health Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
- Calm, confident, and capable of leading a team under pressure
- Comfortable using digital care planning and record-keeping systems
- Warm, empathetic, and committed to delivering outstanding care
- Flexible to work shifts that meet the needs of our residents
