Health Care Assistant (Afternoons). Longridge Hall Care Home
- Rate of pay: £12.88 per hour
- Contracted hours: 19.25 (3-4 shifts) per week on a rolling rota
- Shift Times: 2pm – 8pm

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care during the afternoon
What You'll Do
- Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
- Assist with meals, hydration and evening routines.
- Provide companionship, reassurance and emotional support.
- Encourage independence, dignity and wellbeing.
- Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
About You
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
- Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
- Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
- Comfortable working afternoon and evening shifts.
- Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
