Parklands Care Home

Contracted Hours: 36 per week

Shift Pattern: 3 shifts per week alternate weekends

Salary: £23.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care during day shifts
  • Support residents with complex needs including dementia
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with care staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Maintain accurate records and care plans

Qualifications:

  • A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin
  • Experience in elderly or dementia care (preferred)
  • A caring, patient, and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work bank shifts as needed

*Overtime is paid for working over full-time hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8-hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
