Priesty Fields Care Home Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-4pm including 30 mins unpaid break Salary: ***** per hour Located in Congleton, Priesty Fields combines modern design with exceptional care, offering tailored residential and nursing services in a secure, welcoming environment.

The Role: As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
Your role is essential in supporting the smooth running of the home, maintaining high standards, and working closely with the team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities: Reception Visitor Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage sign-ins, and update the visitor booking system.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information to residents, families, and staff.
Administrative Support: Assist the Home Administrator with various administrative tasks such as record updates, data entry, and filing.
Maintain Environment Standards: Ensure the reception area and communal spaces remain clean, safe, and welcoming.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations and support your colleagues when needed.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care, adhering to privacy and safeguarding policies.
