As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, supported, and comfortable during the quieter hours of the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, and bedtime routines, always in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Providing companionship and reassurance to residents, particularly those who may need extra support during the night.
- Monitoring residents’ needs and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night.
- Carrying out light domestic duties to keep the home tidy and welcoming.
- Supporting the administration of care plans and reporting any changes or concerns regarding residents’ well-being.
- Participating in training to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s knowledge and expertise.
