Key Responsibilities
As a Bank Registered Nurse, your role will be dynamic and fulfilling. You will:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and professional manner
- Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Carry out regular assessments, monitoring residents' conditions and making necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborate with the wider care team, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to ensure holistic care delivery
- Offer guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring a culture of learning and development within the team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legal and organizational requirements

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking passionate and committed Registered General Nurses (RGNs) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) who are excited about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of our residents.
Desirable: Experience in a nursing home setting is beneficial, but not required
Essential: A strong commitment to delivering outstanding care, a positive and compassionate attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others
