Health Care Assistant (Nights). Fleetwood Hall Care Home
Hourly rate: £12.76 per hour
Shift pattern: 8pm-8am
Contracted hours: 38.5 hours (3 to 4 shifts per week)

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You'll Do
Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
Complete night checks and help ensure residents remain safe and comfortable throughout the night.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
Maintain accurate care records and handovers.
Promote dignity, independence and choice.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
About You
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
Compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.
A strong team player with a positive attitude.
A natural night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
Flexible and able to adapt to different care environments.
Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
