Overview
As a Laundry Assistant at our home, your role may involve: Undertaking any necessary training; loading industrial sized washers and dryers; operating steamers; carrying out laundry duties (training will be provided); maintaining high standards within the care home environment; working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents\’ needs are met.
We are now recruiting for dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Assistants to join our opening team and help set the standard for cleanliness, comfort, and care from day one. Applicants should be strong team-players, with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to work. Furthermore, post-holders must be able to demonstrate previous experience of undertaking cleaning and laundry, gained either in work or domestic environments.
Shift Pattern: To be confirmed. Full flexibility required, including availability for both weekday and weekend shifts. Opening in mid-September in the heart of Malton, Manor Park Care Home is a brand-new, purpose-built care facility dedicated to delivering exceptional residential, nursing, and dementia care.
