Priesty Fields Care Home Hourly Rate: ***** per hour Contracted Hours: 28.5 hours per week Shifts: 8am-4pm Join the team at Priesty Fields Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group, and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents.
Located in the heart of Congleton, Priesty Fields is a beautifully designed care home committed to providing exceptional residential and nursing care.
As a Housekeeper , you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our home, ensuring it is a safe and pleasant space for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities: Daily Cleaning: Maintain all areas of the home to an impeccable standard, including resident rooms, communal spaces, and staff areas.
Infection Control: Follow strict cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
Laundry Management: Assist in managing the laundry service, including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing resident garments and linens.
Stock Control: Monitor and manage cleaning and laundry supplies, ensuring the home is always fully stocked.
Event Preparation: Support staff by preparing spaces for events, activities, and family visits, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Team Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and adaptability to the home s needs.
