As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our home, ensuring it is a safe and pleasant space for our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Cleaning: Maintain all areas of the home to an impeccable standard including resident rooms, communal spaces and staff areas.
- Infection Control: Follow strict cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Laundry Management: Assist in managing the laundry service including washing, drying, ironing and organizing resident garments and linens.
- Stock Control: Monitor and manage cleaning and laundry supplies ensuring the home is always fully stocked.
- Event Preparation: Support staff by preparing spaces for events, activities and family visits, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Team Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and adaptability to the home’s needs.
