We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional, person-centered care. Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality nursing care tailored to meet the diverse needs of residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Administering medication and treatments in accordance with professional guidelines, maintaining accurate records of all care provided.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of residents' health conditions and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider care team.
- Monitoring residents' conditions throughout the day, responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Leading and supervising care staff during day shifts, ensuring excellent standards of care and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Providing emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families, fostering a trusting and compassionate environment.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.

*Overtime is paid for working over full-time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers' decision is final. What We Are Looking For:- We welcome applications from Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) who possess the following:
- Hold a valid NMC PIN and are committed to maintaining professional standards
- Are compassionate, enthusiastic, and proactive in delivering exceptional care
- Have experience in a nursing home or similar care setting (preferred but not essential)
- Possess strong leadership skills and can work autonomously during day shifts
- Have a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of residents
