Care Practitioner (Nights) – Fleetwood Hall Care Home
£12.26 per hour
38.5 hours per week
8pm-8am, working on a \’3 on 3 off\’ rota

Located near the stunning Lancashire coast, our newly refurbished 62‑bed home offers a modern, welcoming, and supportive environment for both our residents and team members.
We strive to provide top‑tier, person‑centered care in a friendly and personalized setting. Our team collaborates closely to address each resident’s unique needs, interests, and preferences, ensuring they live an enriched and meaningful life.
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care, meals, and evening routines to ensure comfort and well‑being throughout the night
- Conducting regular safety and welfare checks on all residents
- Accurately documenting and updating care records and reports
- Managing and administering medications in line with care plans and policies
- Responding promptly to residents’ needs, including addressing any emergencies or changes in health
- Supporting and assisting new or less‑experienced team members during the night shift
- Helping maintain a clean and safe environment, including performing light housekeeping tasks as needed
- Collaborating with the day shift team for a smooth handover and continuity of care
Qualifications
- A caring and positive attitude
- Genuine interest in health and social care (previous experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to work independently during night hours while staying alert and responsive
- Flexibility to work night shifts as required
