Care Practitioner (nights). Ribble Court Care Home

  • £12.88* per hour (*rate applicable from 1st April 2026)
  • 3 to 4 shifts per week (38.5 hours per week contracted) or 3 shifts per week (33 hour contract)
  • 8pm-8am shifts
  • The role is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

This stunning 53-bed home opened just 2 years ago and offers its residents state-of-the-art facilities unrivalled in the area, to include a coffee shop/bistro, hair & nail salon, separate dining and lounge areas and landscaped gardens, whilst at the same time providing exceptional standards of care supported by the very latest care planning and nurse-call technology.

Here at Ribble Court, we provide high-quality specialist/complex nursing care and residential dementia care on separate floors, with a person-centred focus based on the needs and wishes of the residents maintained at all times.

As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve:

  • undertaking any necessary training
  • supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities
  • providing emotional support and companionship
  • supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
  • maintaining high standards within the care home environment
  • working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘STREAM’.
