The predicted salary is between 12 - 16 £ per hour.
Pay Rate: £12.28 per hour
Night Shifts: 3 nights per week (33 hours)
Shifts: 10pm – 8am

Responsibilities as a Night Care Assistant:
- Assisting residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Promoting resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
- Monitoring residents' health and well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Documenting care activities accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

*Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our 'Reward Me' app. Flexible pay is available via 'STREAM'.
