Care Assistant (days) – Oak Springs Care Home
Pay Rate: £12.26 per hour
Shift pattern: 8am-8pm including some weekend working
Contract: 4 days per week (44 hour contract) available

Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care while promoting their independence, dignity, and individuality.
- Delivering Personalized Care: Assisting residents with daily routines, including personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility, ensuring their preferences and dignity are respected.
- Fostering Emotional Well-Being: Building meaningful relationships, providing emotional support, and creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for residents and their families.
- Encouraging Engagement: Supporting residents in pursuing hobbies, social activities, and sensory engagement tailored to their interests and abilities.
- Maintaining High Standards: Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a positive environment across the care home while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promptly addressing any changes in residents\’ needs or concerns.
