The predicted salary is between 10 - 15 £ per hour.

Hourly Rate: £12.26 per hour

Shifts: Must be flexible to work shifts between the hours of 8am – 7pm

Please note this is an ad-hoc role covering sickness and annual leave and therefore we are unable to guarantee a certain amount of hours/shifts each week.

Overlooking the peaceful open fields of Burscough’s historical airbase, our luxury 80-bed nursing home was purpose-built to deliver exceptional standards of care. We provide specialist services including complex care, dementia care, palliative care, and general residential and nursing care.

As a Bank Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and hygienic to a high standard
  • Supporting infection control procedures and maintaining a safe environment
  • Working closely with the care and maintenance teams to ensure residents’ comfort
  • Respecting residents’ privacy and dignity while working in their living spaces
  • Following cleaning schedules and health & safety guidelines

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in a care or healthcare setting
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high standards
  • A friendly, respectful, and professional approach
  • Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts as needed

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
