Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am start)

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning communal areas including hallways, staircases, landings, kitchens, shared bathrooms, and living spaces
  • Cleaning residents’ rooms where required
  • Cleaning internal and external windows
  • Cleaning the front of the properties
  • Sweeping and maintaining gardens, pathways, and alleyways
  • Carrying out deep cleans when required
  • Reporting maintenance or health and safety issues
  • Ensuring cleaning supplies are monitored and replenished
  • Undertaking additional cleaning duties as required (not limited to the above)

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (preferably within HMO, supported accommodation, or residential settings)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
  • Good understanding of health and safety standards
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
