Responsibilities:
- Cleaning communal areas including hallways, staircases, landings, kitchens, shared bathrooms, and living spaces
- Cleaning residents’ rooms where required
- Cleaning internal and external windows
- Cleaning the front of the properties
- Sweeping and maintaining gardens, pathways, and alleyways
- Carrying out deep cleans when required
- Reporting maintenance or health and safety issues
- Ensuring cleaning supplies are monitored and replenished
- Undertaking additional cleaning duties as required (not limited to the above)
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferably within HMO, supported accommodation, or residential settings)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Good understanding of health and safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
What We Offer:
