- Welcoming patients and creating a first-class experience
- Managing appointments and clinician diaries
- Answering telephone, email and online enquiries
- Converting new patient enquiries into bookings
- Following up treatment plans and outstanding enquiries
- Promoting our membership plans where appropriate
- Encouraging patient reviews and managing patient feedback
- Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
- Maintaining excellent standards throughout the reception and waiting areas
- Supporting the clinical team to ensure the practice operates efficiently
- Becoming a trusted point of contact for patients throughout their journey
About you
- Naturally warm, welcoming and confident with people
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Motivated by helping a business grow
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
- Calm under pressure and proactive
- Proud of delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous dental experience would be an advantage but is not essential. What matters most is attitude, personality, organisation and a genuine desire to create an outstanding patient experience.
