Help us build London's most patient-centred dental & facial aesthetics clinic. Sands End Dental & Face Studio is a brand-new premium dental and facial aesthetics clinic opening in Chelsea Creek. We're looking for an exceptional Patient Experience & Growth Coordinator to become the face of the clinic from day one. This is much more than a receptionist role. You'll be the first person every patient meets, the person who keeps the practice running smoothly and someone who genuinely helps grow the business through outstanding service, organisation and patient care. About the role

You will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming patients and creating a first-class experience
  • Managing appointments and clinician diaries
  • Answering telephone, email and online enquiries
  • Converting new patient enquiries into bookings
  • Following up treatment plans and outstanding enquiries
  • Promoting our membership plans where appropriate
  • Encouraging patient reviews and managing patient feedback
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
  • Maintaining excellent standards throughout the reception and waiting areas
  • Supporting the clinical team to ensure the practice operates efficiently
  • Becoming a trusted point of contact for patients throughout their journey
About you

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Naturally warm, welcoming and confident with people
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
  • Motivated by helping a business grow
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
  • Calm under pressure and proactive
  • Proud of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous dental experience would be an advantage but is not essential. What matters most is attitude, personality, organisation and a genuine desire to create an outstanding patient experience.
