We are looking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and ambitious teacher for our Economics and Business Faculty. Our results at GCSE and A level are consistently exceptional. In Economics, 88% of students achieved grade 9-5 at GCSE and 85% achieved A-B at A level. In Business, 79% achieved grades 9-5 at GCSE and 67% of students achieved grade A-B at A level. We also secure excellent outcomes in the KS5 BTEC Business course. Economics and Business are subjects which attract very large student numbers at Key Stage 4 and 5 and it is one of the most popular subjects for students to pursue at university, with a notable number attaining entry to world class universities each year. The faculty comprises six teachers, all of whom are subject specialists. Sandringham School is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of ten schools in Hertfordshire; three primary, one nursery and infants', one juniors and five secondary. Our Trust launched in September 2024 following the amalgamation of two established Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Alban Academies Trust and ATLAS Multi Academy Trust. As a member of the AET, we are able to maximise opportunities for rewarding careers and opportunities for personal and professional development throughout our wider organisation. Sandringham School also leads the Alban Teaching School Hub. Ambition Education Trust (AET) provides an enhanced induction programme for all of their Early Career Teachers (ECTs) during July which attracts an attendance payment in July and August.
