We are looking to recruit a Careers Advisor to deliver high-quality careers advice and guidance to students across Years 9 to 13. The role also includes developing personalised action plans and offering targeted support to students and parents at key points in the year, such as Year 9 Options Evening and PTCs. You will monitor and track student engagement and produce termly summary reports of interview activity., Sandringham School is part of the Ambition Education Trust (AET). The Ambition Education Trust (AET) consists of eleven schools in Hertfordshire; four primary, one nursery and infants', one juniors and five secondary. Our Trust launched in September 2024 following the amalgamation of two established Multi Academy Trusts (MATs), Alban Academies Trust and Atlas Multi Academy Trust. As a member of the AET, we are able to maximise opportunities for rewarding careers and opportunities for personal and professional development throughout our wider organisation. Sandringham, School also leads the Alban Teaching School Hub.
