Salary: H5 pro rata, FTE annual salary £28,906 - £31,267. Actual salary: £7,512 - £8,126.

We are seeking to appoint a Careers Co‑ordinator to lead and co‑ordinate the school’s CIAEG provision across Years 7-13. The role includes:
- Organising key workplace experiences such as the Year 7 work shadowing day, Year 10 work experience week and supporting Year 12 workplace visits.
- Liaising with local colleges and employers.
- Supporting Year 11 with college applications.
- Helping deliver careers education through Personal Development.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating careers information to students and families.
- Developing a strong network of employers and partners.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication with students, families and staff.
- High attention to detail.
