What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the nursing team during the shift
- Assess residents and respond to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments safely
- Handle admissions, discharges, and physician communication
- Supervise LPNs and STNAs
- Document accurately and timely
- Keep residents safe, comfortable, and cared for
- Help solve the mystery of who took the good pen

- Active RN license
- Long-term care experience preferred (but we’ll train the right nurse)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
