Providing care and support to a young man who has cerebral palsy and complex health needs. He lives in his own home and needs two carers with him at all times.
Duties include administering medication, using slings, hoists and other specialised equipment, personal care, following all risk assessments and protocols, and driving/accompanying him to access opportunities in the community.
