Matalan Guernsey is seeking a Supervisor (30hrs) to join the store in Guernsey. You will be a key holder responsible for opening and/or closing the store, and for cashing up tills at the start and end of shifts.
You will lead the team of Sales Assistants and Senior Sales Assistant and champion the products we sell. You’ll ensure the store and back-of-house areas are well-presented, manage deliveries and stock availability, and keep a current knowledge of our products.
