Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager you will be able to lead the store team to deliver on all business objectives and achieve operational excellence, operating our Matalan Guernsey store to successfully maximise profitability, provide high levels of customer service and develop a strong motivated team. It is also important that this candidate is comfortable to use systems and procedures accurately to control financial aspects of the business and comply with current and up to date health & safety legislation to provide and maintain a safe working environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a minimum of 2 years managerial experience in a customer facing role.
  • Proven experience of effectively leading a team.
