  • To deliver a great shopping experience for our customers, putting customers before task every time.

  • Serve and sell positively across the store.

  • Serve our customers efficiently– on the shop floor and at service points.
  • Deliver high standards through great availability whilst keeping the store clean and tidy.
  • Know the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions & selling opportunities.
