The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the business by helping lead the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient workflows. This role works closely with the Manager to achieve company goals, uphold policies, and create a positive and productive work environment, and covers the manager's absence. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in bridging leadership and staff, helping drive team success while ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and professionally. Fully flexible shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales targets
