As a Server at Rivers Edge Clubhouse Restaurant, you will be the face of our dining experience, providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to guests. You will ensure customer satisfaction through accurate order taking, prompt delivery, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

  • Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
  • Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain) required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming environment
  • Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions regarding menu items
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages in an efficient, courteous, and timely manner
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols
  • Process guest payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions responsibly
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
  • Support team members and help foster a positive, respectful work environment
