A full-time position has arisen for a self-motivated individual in the Sandon Estate maintenace department.
The successful candidate will:
- work as part of a small team
- undertake general repair and building work
- use own initiative
Essential skills:
- NVQ2 Building minimum
- CSCS card
Preferred skills:
- Roofing, cherry picker and digger driving, plastering and tiling.
- Clean driving licence but bot essential.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday 8am til 4.30pm
Salary £35k per annum
