A purpose-built care home located in the heart of the Margate community in Kent. Our 68-bed luxury service provides exceptional levels of Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, and Respite Care.

Unit Lead RGN or RMN Contract £24.75 per hour. Contracted to 28 hours per week, 7 hours over 4 days, shift work including weekends and bank holidays. Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract). Ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear progression into Clinical Lead and Management roles within a well-led, supportive environment where your clinical expertise is recognised and developed.

Role Overview

  • Management of medications.
  • Supervision of staff with continual development of good practices throughout the team.
  • Providing training and support to your team.
  • In charge of the care home out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends.
