A purpose-built care home located in the heart of the Margate community in Kent. Our 68-bed luxury service provides exceptional levels of Residential Care, Nursing Care, Dementia Care, and Respite Care.
Contract: £24.75 per hour - Contracted to 28 hours per week, 7 hours over 4 days, shift work including weekends & bank holidays.
Benefits: Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided, 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract), ongoing training, clinical updates and funded development, with clear progression into Clinical Lead and Management roles within a well-led, supportive environment where your clinical expertise is recognised and developed.
Role Overview:
- Management of medications.
- Supervision of staff with continual development of good practices throughout the team.
- Providing training and support to your team.
- In charge of the care home out of hours, including bank holidays and weekends.

What We Are Looking For:
