Guest Service Agent / Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional individual to act as the hotel’s front line and welcome our guests. Experience in hotel reception is desirable but not required. A warm, genuine personality, solid communication skills, smart appearance and a proactive passion for service are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and check in/out guests.
  • Handle cash and process credit card transactions.
  • Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take and process reservations through our Property Management System.
  • Provide information to guests about the hotel and local area.
  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
  • Upsell ancillary hotel services.
  • Liaise with all hotel departments as required.
  • Anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Full‑time working hours: 40 per week on a shift basis, including weekends.
