Sandman Signature Newcastle Hotel is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to take overall responsibility for day-to-day maintenance of our 170-bedroom property. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active involvement in repairs, planning preventative work and managing budgets, while guiding one Maintenance Assistant.
