We are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to take ownership day to day for 2 Directors of a growing business. The ideal candidate must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to be flexible in many different situations.
The role involves but is not limited to:
- Making travel arrangements
- Organising and maintaining office systems - email/diaries
- Working directly with department heads and key decision makers
- Preparing corporate documents
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Organising the MD's entire schedule
The role is fast-paced so we require a really agile EA who can discern what is critical and be a safety net to 2 very busy business professionals. You must be curious and want to get to know every facet of the business, take ownership and think ahead. You will find the environment extremely rewarding with an opportunity to grow the role into many spheres of specialism.
