About the Role
Sandicliffe is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our aftersales team at our Leicester dealership. This role is key to delivering a positive and transparent service experience, acting as the main point of contact between our customers and the workshop.
You’ll combine strong communication skills with organisational ability to ensure customers are kept informed, work is completed efficiently, and high standards of care are maintained throughout the service journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and manage service bookings in person, by phone, and digitally
- Clearly explain work required, costs, and timescales
- Provide regular updates to customers during their vehicle’s time with us
- Liaise closely with the workshop and technicians to monitor progress
- Prepare estimates, authorise work, and ensure accurate invoicing
- Handle customer queries or concerns professionally and calmly
- Ensure all processes meet Sandicliffe and manufacturer standards
About You
- Experience in a customer-facing or service advisor role is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A calm, professional, and inclusive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided
- Full UK driving licence
