We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our busy FordStore dealership in Leicester on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in the automotive sector to support our aftersales team in ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process manufacturer warranty claims in line with Ford guidelines
  • Review job cards and ensure claims meet compliance standards
  • Liaise with workshop, service advisors, and management
  • Monitor and resolve outstanding or rejected claims
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Support audits and ensure adherence to manufacturer and dealership policies
