What Youll Do
- Deliver an outstanding, consultative sales experience that puts the customer first.
- Proactively engage with customers in showroom and online channels.
- Take customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover.
- Demonstrate and explain BYD electric vehicles, features, and technology.
- Build strong relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads effectively.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
