Experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Lincoln

Full Time Permanent Ongoing Progression & Development

DOE £47,472.08 + Company Benefits

Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday) with 1 in 2 Saturdays (8 AM – 1 PM). Flexible working options available for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards
  • Conducting electronic vehicle health checks (eVHC) and providing recommendations to customers
  • Performing maintenance and repairs efficiently and to a high standard
  • Sourcing necessary parts to complete work
  • Conducting final inspections and safety tests
  • Recording all work details accurately
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
  • Participating in ongoing training and development
  • Providing mentorship to apprentices where applicable

What We Are Looking For:

  • Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with a full UK driving licence
  • Manufacturer experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
