About the Role
As a Transaction Manager / Business Manager, you will play a key role in maximising profitability while delivering an exceptional customer journey. You'll support the sales team in converting deals, ensuring compliance, and presenting finance and insurance products with integrity and transparency.
- Supporting the sales team in structuring and closing deals
- Presenting and selling finance and insurance products in a compliant manner
- Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
- Managing deal profitability while maintaining ethical sales standards
- Building strong relationships with customers and finance partners
- Supporting and mentoring Sales Executives to improve performance
