Sandicliffe is looking for a Service Advisor to join our award winning Nottingham FordStore team. With more than 75 years of automotive experience, we offer a supportive environment, manufacturer training and clear opportunities for career progression.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main contact for customers throughout their vehicle service and repair journey. You will coordinate bookings, communicate with the workshop and parts teams, and ensure every customer receives a high quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking service and repair work
  • Keeping customers updated and advising on additional work
  • Organising loan vehicles
  • Processing invoices and warranty claims
  • Managing payments in line with company procedures
  • Working towards hours sold targets and maintaining WIP
  • Updating customer records using Kerridge and Dialog
  • Making follow up calls and converting enquiries into bookings

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer focused with strong communication skills
  • Organised and confident working in a fast paced environment
  • Computer literate with good attention to detail
  • Experience in a dealership or Service Advisor role is preferred
  • Full UK driving licence is desirable

Working Hours

Monday to Friday between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm with a typical 8.00 am start and a one hour lunch break. Alternate Saturdays from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm.
