We are recruiting Vehicle Technicians in Loughborough across multiple levels, including Level 3 IMI Technicians, MOT Tester, PDI Technician. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring safety, efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction in line with manufacturer and MOT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect vehicles before and after service or repair
  • Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment
  • Complete electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC) with clear recommendations
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Source and manage parts required for repairs
  • Conduct final inspections and road tests where appropriate
  • Accurately complete repair orders and documentation
  • Follow health & safety, legal and company procedures
  • Support apprentice technicians and contribute to team development
  • Keep skills up to date through ongoing training

Skills & Experience:

  • Level 3 IMI qualification (or equivalent)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic (manufacturer experience desirable)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer-focused, able to explain technical information clearly
  • Strong organisation and time management skills

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 1 in 2 or 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am - 1:00pm) Paid at Overtime.
