New & Used Car Sales OTE £40,000 (Uncapped) Sandicliffe Motor Group, an award-winning and trusted automotive retailer, is recruiting a Sales Advisor to join our Leicester dealership, selling new and used vehicles. Key Responsibilities- Selling new and used vehicles in line with Sandicliffe and FCA processes
- Delivering an outstanding, transparent customer experience from enquiry to handover
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles and finance solutions
- Managing leads, test drives, follow-ups, and vehicle handovers
- Accurately maintaining customer and sales records
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience (automotive sales desirable but not essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
- OTE £40,000 with uncapped commission
