About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Warranty Administrator to join our busy automotive dealership in Loughborough. This is a full‑time, permanent position where you will play a vital role in managing warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely submissions to manufacturers. Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within manufacturer guidelines
- Review repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure compliance
- Liaise with technicians, service advisors and manufacturers to resolve queries
- Monitor and manage outstanding claims, rejections and payments
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of manufacturer policies and procedures
- Conduct internal audits to ensure standards and best practices are upheld
- Support the wider aftersales team to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
About You
- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator within the automotive sector is beneficial. Could also suit a Workshop Controller or Service Advisor looking for a change.
- Strong understanding of manufacturer warranty processes and systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of claims
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Proficient in dealership management systems (e.g. Kerridge/CDK or similar)
- Positive, adaptable and solution‑focused mindset
