About the Role
Are you an experienced automotive sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving results? We’re looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Loughborough team, specialising in used car sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring all finance, insurance, and paperwork is completed accurately and compliantly.
- Present and tailor finance and add-on products based on customer needs.
- Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through their purchasing journey.
- Support and coach the Sales team to improve performance and close deals.
- Conduct part‑exchange valuations and provide sound advice to customers.
- Maintain accurate records, diary management, and post‑sale follow up.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and drive showroom performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Ideally previous experience as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or similar role within an automotive dealership.
- Successful, motivated Sales Executives who are looking to take the next step in their automotive career.
- Strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products and compliance.
- Excellent customer service, negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised and customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
