Service Advisor to join our Leicester dealership and become a key part of our Aftersales team.
As the link between our customers and workshop, you'll play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle servicing and repair needs.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and keeping customers informed throughout the repair journey.
- Explaining work required, providing quotations, and gaining customer approval.
- Liaising with technicians and the wider Aftersales team to ensure work is completed efficiently.
- Managing customer queries professionally and resolving issues with empathy and care.
- Processing service documentation and ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Identifying opportunities for additional products and services that add value to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Customer Service, Customer Care within Automotive sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive, proactive, and customer-first attitude.
- Confidence using computer systems and administrative processes.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
