Part Time 23 hours (Job Share) Nottingham Permanent
Hours of Work: 23 hours a week plus any holiday cover. All hours worked are paid.
- Monday to Friday: Between 8:00am - 3:30pm (part time hours within this window)
- Saturdays: 1 in 2, 8:00am - 12:00pm
We can explore flexibility within these hours to support individual circumstances wherever possible. This is a job share position, so extra hours to support holidays are required.
About the Role
As a Café Assistant, you will play an important part in creating a positive customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks and light refreshments
- Keeping the café area clean, tidy, and well stocked
- Providing a warm, friendly service to customers and staff
- Handling payments accurately and efficiently
- Supporting general café operations, including food preparation and basic cleaning tasks
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times
This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others. Due to this being a job share, you will be required to cover holidays and sickness for your team member as and when required. So flexibility with your availability will be required.
