About the Role

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving results? We’re looking for a Transaction Manager to join our Leicester team, specialising in used car sales, Mazda, and Changan vehicles. As a Transaction Manager at Sandicliffe Leicester, you will play a pivotal role in maximising sales opportunities, ensuring compliance, and supporting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to deliver a seamless and exciting purchase experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring all finance, insurance, and paperwork is completed accurately and compliantly.
  • Present and tailor finance and add-on products based on customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and guide them confidently through their purchasing journey.
  • Support and coach the Sales team to improve performance and close deals.
  • Conduct part-exchange valuations and provide sound advice to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records, diary management, and post-sale follow up.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and drive showroom performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or similar role within an automotive dealership.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle finance, insurance products, and compliance.
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence.
