We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Vehicle Technician to join our expert team in Leicester. What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out advanced diagnostic work, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
- Supporting, mentoring, and coaching apprentices and junior technicians
- Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer standards, safely and efficiently
- Accurately maintaining service and repair records
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification)
- Significant experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with strong diagnostic skills
- Ability to identify and repair complex mechanical and electrical faults
- Full UK driving licence
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Enthusiasm for learning, training, and professional development
